SPS Smart Production Solutions 2019, Rocked 30!

29/11/19

The fair SPS this year celebrated its 30th anniversary, while Softing Industrial Data Intelligence has been attending for more than 20 years!

Once again, an impressive amount of visitors attended the fair to stay up-to-speed with the latest on digital automation and discover new products and solutions to meet both today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

And here are the facts:

  • 1,585 exhibitors
  • over 135,500 sqm exhibitions space
  • more than 63,000 visitors

The visitors poured over the SPS in Nuremberg this week, one of the city of Nuremberg’s busiest of times.

"If it hadn't existed for 30 years, the SPS would have to be reinvented. It is as future-proof and versatile as automation technology and just as successful. There is hardly any other exhibition at which we hold such in-depth discussions, at which so many concrete ideas are born and joint projects are launched." Steffen Winkler, Vice President Sales, Business Unit Automation & Electrification Solutions, Bosch Rexroth AG

Softing Industrial Automation’s historic presence at the SPS spans over more than twenty years.

"Our philosophy to build future-proof, flexible, robust and secure solutions while partnering with industry leaders such as Siemens, Microsoft and Amazon to name a few, together with our ‘stamp’ in the digital networking world and our co-operation with reliable technology partners, continues to develop Softing Industrial stay ahead of the competition,” says Frank Steinhoff, CEO, Softing Industrial Automation GmbH.

We engaged in deeply technologically sophisticated discussions about current and future bullet-proof solutions with customers from over 28 countries.

In parallel, we deepened our ongoing discussions with the most important IoT players regarding future co-operations and synergies.

We are thrilled to be in this position today and we are all doing our best to continue building products and solutions for the future.

Looking forward to seeing you at the SPS 2020 next year!
