Effective immediately, Softing Industrial Data Intelligence takes over the Europe and Asia Pacific sales responsibility for the eATM product


Haar, February 07, 2019 – Effective immediately, Softing Industrial Data Intelligence takes over the Europe and Asia Pacific sales responsibility for the eATM product family from the US-based Softing subsidiary. Customers benefit from a direct point of contact and short distances by integrating Christophe Renard as responsible sales manager in the company structure.

enterprise Appliance Transaction Module (eATM) is a family of modules for integrating Rockwell Automation solutions into Industrie 4.0 applications. They work as edge device and support database connectivity as well as data exchange via the OPC UA and MQTT protocols. The eATM products work as modules, directly
integrated in Rockwell controllers. They are marketed under the Rockwell Automation Encompass Product Partner program.

For optimizing the customer benefits, the complete eATM marketing, sales and support activities in EMEA are now bundled and handled by Softing Industrial Data Intelligence. Christophe Renard has been integrated in this business area and now is responsible for selling eATM in Europe and Asia Pacific. In parallel, he acts as sales manager for France, Spain and Portugal covering the entire Softing Industrial Data
Intelligence product range. Christophe Renard possesses an automation experience of more than 20 years, has a strong technical background and is familiar with the international market. He is particularly known for his extensive Rockwell expertise and Industrie 4.0 knowledge.
